Aircabio Limited, trading as Bookminicab, is the data controller for the personal data you give us when you book. You can contact us about your data at info@bookminicab.com.

Your name, email, phone number, journey details and flight number. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
To confirm your booking, send your driver’s details, track your flight and contact you about your journey. With your consent, we may also send you offers. You can opt out at any time.
Only with your driver, our payment provider and the services we need to run your booking. We never sell your data.
We keep booking records for six years for tax and legal reasons, then delete them.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us at info@bookminicab.com.
